Noticeboard

** PRESCRIPTION ORDERING

The practice and Pharmacies are open for prescriptions. We WILL NOT action any orders for medication unless they are due and at present the practice WILL accept telephone orders. There is no reason to stock pile medications.

**ONLINE APPOINTMENTS

Please note we have temporarily suspended our access to online booking appointments, this is so our staff can triage calls and face to face consultation requests for those who need it most and to not put others at risk**

**CHILDHOOD VACCINATIONS

We have received a number of enquiries asking for advice about infant vaccination.  Given the risk of the serious infections that the vaccines protect against, PHE are recommending that the routine primary immunisation schedule should not be delayed. Whilst parents should continue to try to obtain and administer infant paracetamol if possible, infant vaccines can and should still be given even if it is not possible to give prophylactic paracetamol.

New Patient Registration

If you live within our practice area you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure. Eligibility can be quickly confirmed from your address so please provide proof by way of a recent utility bill. We also require one form of photographic ID.

You will need to complete a registration form (GMS1) and a health questionnaire which will provide useful information whilst we wait for your medical records to arrive from your previous doctor.

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
