Noticeboard

** PRESCRIPTION ORDERING

We are no longer accepting prescription orders over the telephone.  You can order your prescription online via the NHS app, sign up with a local pharmacy to order your prescriptions or you can post your order in the prescription ordering box in our waiting area.

**ONLINE APPOINTMENTS

Please note we have temporarily suspended our access to online booking appointments, this is so our staff can triage calls and face to face consultation requests for those who need it most and to not put others at risk**

Repeat Prescriptions

These can be requested by letter or in person at the reception window with repeat tear-off slip or by post.

Alternatively you can register for our online services and order via the link at the top of this page.

Please note that prescription orders are not taken over the telephone unless you are housebound or it is an emergency.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.www.patientaccess.com

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
